DeAnne Held and Leslie McKay Andover, New York 29 July 1972
DeAnne and Leslie were married at an outdoor ceremony on the top of Lever Hill in Andover New York. An arbor of pine boughs and wild flowers framed the ceremony. The groom wore his family tartan and followed the tradition of pinning a sash of McKay tartan on his bride symbolizing her joining his clan. Piper William MacCrea played "The Fair Young Maiden" as a wedding march. |
