This is the 10,000th gold ring made by Walker Metalsmiths since we began keeping count in 1993.

It is set with a  2.65 carat Bolivian amethyst faceted in a custom hexagonal cushion cut by lapidary artist Peter Torraca. The ring is 14K white and 18K yellow gold with diamond accents.  Peter is a new addition to the Allegany Artisans, who will be exhibiting and demonstrating his craft at Walker�s Andover workshop during the annual Studio Tour in October.
